A Few Words About Our Restaurant
Bar Cupola at Angel Place is a casual licensed restaurant catering not only as your everyday café to many of the office workers but also providing a great venue for business meetings and corporate get togethers. Graced with a triple volume space and a major art work by Paul Young that will rival any major art gallery, Bar Cupola is a multi-faceted venue catering for corporate functions and events, with the benefit of a conference center close by.

Our Story And How It All Started
Bar Cupola opened its doors almost 30 years ago on the Ground Floor of the Queen Victoria Building. In 1999 we were subsequently shortlisted as AMP’s preferred operator for the food and beverage offering at Angel Place and we are now in our 20th year in this magnificent building.
Corporate catering is also our focus and to this end, we have many loyal clients such as AMP Capital Investors, Perpetual Trustee, Schroders Australia, Maddocks Lawyers, Lander + Rogers, Gen Re, Papuan Oil Search, Charter Hall, McGrathNicol, KL Gates, Urbis, Iress, ING and the City Recital Hall to name a few.

"This restaurant consistently pleases with an excellent pre-concert menu and super service. It has great food ( love the corn cakes, the duck and the pasta) and wine by the glass which enables us to have our favourite meals before performances at Angel Place. It also has a great ambience and a great place to catch up with friends (thank goodness no conversation-killing loud music). We simply love coming back here every time!"
